Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1 Cup Brown Butter (2 Sticks)

1/2 Cup Sugar

1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar

2 tsp. Vanilla

1 Tbsp. Greek Yogurt

1 Egg

1 Egg Yolk

2 1/2 Cups Flour

1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda

1 Tsp. Kosher Salt

1 Cup Chocolate Chips

Directions

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients (Flour, Baking Soda, Salt) in a large bowl and set aside.

  2. Cream together brown butter, both sugars, vanilla, greek yogurt and eggs until mixed through in a mixing bowl.

  3. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients (not all at once) until dry mix is gone.

  4. Fold in chocolate chips.

  5. Chill dough for one hour.

  6. Heat oven to 350.

  7. Use an ice cream scooper to portion out your cookies.

  8. bake for 10-12 minutes.

  9. Immediately sprinkle a tiny bit of kosher salt on top of each cookie right when they get out of the oven.
