Pumpkin Bread
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Egg
3 1/2 Tbsp. Water
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Flour
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
1/4 Tsp Ground Cloves
1/8 Tsp Ground Ginger
Powdered Sugar (optional for topping)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease a loaf pan or layer the bottom with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together mashed banana, egg, sugar, water, and vegetable oil until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger.
Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until blended. Do not over blend.
Pour into prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 50-60min until toothpick comes out clean.
Top with Powdered Sugar when cooled.
